-Budget Summary (1 page maximum, listing expenses directly associated with the project)

-Project Timeline (1 page maximum)

-Other relevant information (photos, renderings, charts, etc.) (2 pages maximum)

Please Note:

Applicant organization must be a 501(c)3

Preference will be given to Project-Based applications, but requests for General Operating Support will also be considered.

Total application, including all attachments, not to exceed 8 pages

Completed requests should be Microsoft Word documents (no docx documents please) or PDFs and must be submitted by e-mail to: Scott Skoglund at scottskoglund@yahoo.com
